I’ll update if we ever get it put together. The directions are pretty much useless. Nothing adds up. Been trying for two days ?Update: the instructions weren’t exact, and it took a few times of putting together and taking apart to really get it. However. Once it’s together, beautiful. So much sturdier than expected. The designs are lovely. So far so good. IF it holds up against my wild Thornberry children, I’ll come back and switch to 5 stars.Nice storage space and a lot of extra pieces, the only problem was the door clips they weren’t enough because some were closed so I couldn’t make all 6 doors I wanted... I contact the seller and asked for extra pieces and I was willing to pay for shipping but seller informed that was out of stock...the doors doesn’t close good so my cats keep opening everything lol the instructions aren’t easy to follow and took me around 7 hours to assemble everything but overall I recommend this item (first picture was how my storage was and second one is how it’s now!!)this product is very tedious to put together and comes with no real instructions or video to follow!!! The doors don't secure well when closed and continue to open randomly and looks lopsided not symmetrical like the picture. Will not buy again.First let me say we purchased a particular style or arrangment only receive I dont know what. The "instructions" say they dend "extra" pieces and they did. Problem even with these extras AS PER INSTRUCTIONS we could make what we purchased. Email company asking for the pieces needed to finish the form we purchased, and that apparently isnt possible. We could return it and get a refund though. Or keep it for half refund. Emailed back we just want the pieces, as it does serve our purpose. NOPE. Then they offered to send another. We took it.Second box had damaged panels, and different still count of the pieces. I would NOT recommend these units.One last thing at the end of this deal the customer service emails were rude, but at least they were seemingly from English as a first language person unlike the first couple of emails.Very sturdy if you zip tie all connections,and use needed nose players to squeeze the connections till they click invery easy to assemble and is nice that you can customize it. However it is not sturdy at all and can break really easy. I would only buy it if you don’t need to put a ton of stuff in it. Also if you choose to hang clothes on it, do not hang a lot or the things will snap so easily.the item was well built,sturdy and there was a lot of storage space,instructions should have been more clear and there should have been some spare connectors.Take your time, build the first 2 rows solid.
