I have terrible feet/heels. I have Type 1 diabetes and my heels rip open at the slightest provocation, making it almost impossible to find new shoes that work for me other than ballet slippers or really soft-backed dress shoes.I just got a job as a Director of Dining Services, so obviously I can't wear my dress shoes there!
