I purchased these for a lady friend, I picked these because the ad said they were true to size and also because of the measurement of the heel area. They are indeed true to size and the narrow heel made them fit her even better. Also she likes the wilder looking type shoes. If you want to buy your lady some shoes online and want them to fit, I would recommend this brand and they are very well built for the price.I love these shoes! The back of the shoe does fold down when I put them on but using a shoe horn helped a ton.
