got these for my grandson on amazon. he is an avid skate boarder and is very loyal to the emerica brand of shoes. these shoes were priced at a very reasonable price but are not what he wants in a shoe to be skated in. they have hardly any padding in them at all and he does lots of tricks so shock absorbing padding is a must. he loves the look of them though and will wear them as his school shoes that are not to be skated in. he has other emericas that are well padded and more suitable for skating but loves the look of these and will keep as his "good" shoes.the size was true to fit and they are suede like he likes. if u are looking for shoes to skate in i suggest u look further, but for a good looking shoe to be worn normally these are a very reasonably priced shoe. he loved them!!I purchased a grey pair, even went 1/2 size up, but the shoe was very tight and narrow in the toes. I can normally wear Vans slip-ons and lace-ups no problem, but these are quiet undersized everywhere but length. They are certainly nice to look at, but you might want to try a pair on somewhere before purchasing.could not be more happy with this product. product is as described and my shoes arrived 7 days before estimated time. these are the best shoes i have ever had and there going for like 80 bucks at skate shops. i could not believe this transaction was succesfull take advantage of this offer and you will be glad you did so!!!My boyfriend is a skater and only wears Emerica shoes and he loves them.I had it for two weeks and rode a motorcycle for an hour and the top got all scratch up and has a permanent scratch on both shoes. Thought it was dirt but was very upset.Shoe was advertised as wide but the item received was anything but wide.Terribly weak shoes if ur going to use these for skating don't buy them after 3 weeks they have a hole in them from skating can no longer use them unleess I want holes in all my socks tooHe needed new shoes for when he skates, and these were perfect, he loves them and they look great on him, perfect fit too.Der klassische Emerica Laced in Black White Silver ist immernochder beste und schlichteste Schuh.
