FootJoy Men's Traditions Golf Shoes - Comfortable & Waterproof Spiked Golf Shoes for Men - Perfect for Walking the Course & Clubhouse Wear

I've worn these shoes for a dozen rounds and I'm hoping for the best. I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5 stars for my assumption that they will begin to leak at some point. So far, I like everything about them. I'm losing my confidence with FootJoy shoes. I walk and play first thing in the morning, when the course is often covered in dew. This is the third pair of FootJoys I've purchased in the past 6 months. My first pair were the Pro/SL. Loved the shoe, but they began to leak within just a couple weeks of wearing them. I decided to purchase the more expensive Premier series shoe and returned the Pro/SL for replacement. The replacements came in a few weeks and I began alternating the two shoes between rounds. The Premier shoes began leaking in the second month and the replacement Pro/SL's began leaking within just a few weeks of getting them. So, I ordered the less expensive Traditions to see how they fare. I will be sending the Premieres back soon for replacement. I'm really hoping that the Traditions hold up, because if they fail, this may be the last time I purchase FootJoys. It's great to have the replacement warranty, but if they all leak within a month, the warranty is meaningless. You can't get the replacements replaced, so I still end up with a pair of new shoes that aren't waterproof. It should be noted that I keep all my shoes clean and on cedar shoe trees.I have two pairs, in different colors, of these shoes. They are ready to go right out of the box. When this pair arrived, I walked 18 the next day and they were as comfortable as may other pair that has lots of rounds on them. This summer has been exceptionally wet and these shoes have had plenty of tests with water well above the sole and my feet stayed dry! I ordered these in the same size thinking that the size would be consistent but it wasn’t. Maybe it’s a matter of this being real leather compared to the others ones being fake leather. It wasn’t a matter of width but a matter of my foot being too thick. I ended going to Walmart and getting a thinner insole to swap out with the factory one and they fit pretty good now. Once they get worn, I’m sure they’ll wear even better. Overall happy, just wish I knew the fit wasn’t the same before I purchased. I may have sized up.Bought these for my husband after first game of golf wearing them said they were very comfortable. Having a family who golf the biggest bug bare is blisters while breaking new golf shoes in. No problems with these. A nice soft leather, a traditional look and comfort fit my husband highly recommends these shoesGreat shoe, and really comfy! Though the seem to stain quickly on top of foot area where it bends when walking. Easy to clean, a moisture and dirt protector spray is good for maintenance.
