We had to return the first pair we got because they were too big. Our 3-year-old has size 6 Nikes she's outgrown, so we got the 7s in Bogs. They were enormous. I actually used my sewing measuring tape to get an exact measurement in inches and centimeters. I compared the generic Amazon kids' shoe size chart, Bogs size chart, and a European conversion chart to get the exact size. What a pain. However, even though I didn't want to believe it, she's a 5 in Bogs. I will say, once I ordered the shoe based on the Bogs chart, the shoes fit perfectly.We are very happy that she has shoes to wear as the days get colder. And they can withstand the elements, too. They haven't caused any blisters, and she's worn them everyday since they arrived. We will buy more Bogs in the future!The quality of these shoes is amazing! The leather is so soft and comfy. However, my son wants to send them back because he got it in his mind that they look like pilgrim shoes with the buckle. We got the black ones and they do have that look I guess. For the price, I want him to have shoes he's happy to wear every day so I will sadly send them back. I think they're adorable.Our 21-month-old son loves these "big kid" shoes and they seem to fit him reasonably well with room to grow. They look so cute on him, too. Until now he has only ever worn soft slippers or gone barefoot, so he's still working out how to walk in hard-soled shoes, but he's learning quickly and they don't seem to get in the way too much.Nice suede shoes.
