I ordered this to serve as a shoe changing station in the garage before entering the house. It is nice looking, sturdy and provides for a lot of shoe storage. Exactly what we needed for the environment and task. Was a little concerned when I saw all the parts thinking assembly would be difficult, However, it worked out to be quick and easy. Everything was packaged separately in plastic bags; and all of the parts, an alen wrench, and assembly diagram were there included. Only other tool needed was a Phillips head screwdriver. Since there were no instructions included, It took a few minutes to determine best sequence of steps to follow, which became obvious once I got started. Less than 30 minutes after delivery it was together and in place. This is pretty good since my husband usually does this sort of thing. Couldn't be happier with this bench.
