This is not my first pr. of these clogs. I have a pr. in the Zebra pattern that I have been wearing 2 work for the better part of two-three years. They are chushy and since I don't have a wide foot, there's room in them for my arch supports. The shoes themselves are good, but since I have plantar fasciitis, I need all the help I can get. These Cherokee Zone Hope Love Cure clogs are pretty much the same. I read some of the reviews and yes, they are not leather and can be hot, but for this price, I had no problems having my husband punch about a dozen holes around the toe box area and believe me, it makes a huge difference in that this allows air in. The holes are about half the diameter of a pencil, and with all the busy of the design of the shoes (both the Zebra and the Cancer Cure), no one can even notice that they've been punched out for ventilation. (There's a tool for doing that- hubby's a Home Depot type of guy.) Also, I wear a size 10, ordered a 10 and it fits fine, even with my second toe being a bit too long on the right foot and usually being an issue with shoe fit. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that ventilation issue. I'm on my feet all day at work and people designing comfort footwear should consider that the feet get hot and swell, but maybe they sit to design and don't think of that. Smile.
