I really hate giving reviews on shoes because everyone and their needs are different. These shoes are made very well and they did fit as described, but they just didn't fit my needs well. I have very narrow feet and high arches. These were narrow, almost too narrow. My heels did not slip but there was also not very much room in the toe box at all. I put in extra padding and arch supports and of course that made the narrow toe box a little worse. The heel is a tad too high if you need arch supports because they push your feet forward. The soles are way too stiff for me, I really need a little more give. Lastly, they looked a little masculine I think because of the seam curving around the toe? I dunno. I sent them back more because of the fit than the look.
