For this type style, these are cushier that most. And I like the canvas and sporty lining that shows when the tops are folded down. I bought these to wear to work to my dirty job; I wanted something comfortable, yet cheap. The soles are grippier than expected and the shoes fit rather well except they slip like crazy on my heel. I've worn them a few days hoping that problem would stop, but it didn't. So, they're not suitable for work all day, but I can sport around at home in them a couple of hours at a time. I have a pair of this brand in another style that I bought at the same time and so far, they're great.Comfortable, but very slippery when walking over water and other wet areas. I WOLD NOT recommend for a job that requires slip resistant shoes!Fits good for a stylist work shoe. My foot is wide so I got a 81/2w, it has room enough for a support sock. 100% satisfied.
