I had a pair on this same foundation for about 10 years, until the heels literally split apart. Naturally, I wanted to replace them I was thrilled to find these. They fit just as nicely. The smooth leather is easy to keep looking nice. They are easy to slip into at my desk and look very professional with either slacks or skirts. I expect to wear these into retirement.I needed a shoe with a good arch support and footbed cushioning. I have some arthritis in my feet so this is very important. First shoe I've had in a long time I could wear all day and not have painful, aching feet. Extremely well made. Would definitely buy again. Money well spent.I have loved these mules since my first pair over 7 years ago. They are simply divine. I love them as my go-to shoe around the house, on errands on long car rides. They are perfect. I swear I wore them almost every day for over 7 years. I know Naot has many different styles and finishes for these mules... I only like the black leather and when you scuff them you can easily have them shined up to look new. I'm not sure what the heels are made of, but they are extremely durable and the leather footbed conforms to your foot as you wear them. I highly recommend this shoe and I've owned Ecco, Dansk, and others... there is no comparison. This Naot mule is a must have and it is extremely durable.I love Naot sandals so thought I would get these for rainy days. The left fit beautiful but something was wrong with the right. The area under my big toe was not comfortable when walking around. I had to return theseThese shoes are beautiful inside and out. However, I've learned with loving Naot, there is the occasional disappointment when the cut and basic design of a particular collection just isn't right for my feet. I then just move on and go back to one of the other collections that have been tried and proven. If you haven't tried Naot shoes before, you owe it to your feet and legs to do so.It was a shock to me that as soon as I put my foot in , the heel broke down, leaving shards of black on the floor. I had been very excited about the shoes, so this was very disappointing to me. Still want a pair though.Very comfortable and looks great.I order this clug bard on my past good experience with Naot but this clug does not feel as comfortable & supportive on some as my two other Naot. Maybe because it’s diff kind of design. I’m a big fan of Naot & will continue to be a customer.Live Naot’s clogs. Getting expensive though.
