This shoe rack holds two pairs of men's shoes per tier plus four more pairs on the metal brackets on the sides, for a total of fourteen pairs of men's shoes.The rack arrived very carefully packed and amply protected in the box.All of the holes were drilled in the correct locations, and the large screws are of good quality. It comes with an allen wrench for installing the screws. The wood pieces were very accurately cut to the correct sizes, and are of sufficient thickness to be quite sturdy. The finish on the wood is attractive and was properly applied.Once assembled, the rack is very solid, with no hint of flimsiness and no wobbling.Overall, I was given the impression that the factory in Vietnam took pride in each aspect of this product. It appears to be more expensive than it is - a great value for the price paid. I strongly recommend this shoe rack!
